Breakfast Bars

 For a not-too-sweet brekkie on the go...

{1 and 1/4 cup} plain flour
{1/4 tsp} sea salt
{1/4 tsp} bicarbonate of soda
{1/4 cup} grapeseed oil
{1/4 cup} agave nectar
{1 tsp} vanilla extract
{1/2 cup} shredded coconut
{1/2 cup} pumpkin seeds
{1/2 cup} sunflower seeds
{1/4 cup} pecan nuts
{1/4 cup} cranberries (but raisins would work too)

> Preheat the oven to 180C.
> In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients well.
> Layer a small baking tray with baking paper.
> Scoop out mixture and press down flat.
> Bake for 15-20 minutes. Leave to cool on a cooling rack.
