{1} part-baked baguette, sliced
{1/2 cup} vegan butter
{2 large cloves} garlic, minced
{1 heaping tbsp} freshly chopped parsley
Method
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- In a bowl, mix together the butter, garlic and parsley until well combined.
- Slice the baguette and spoon the butter mix into the cracks.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
